Retail Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) are responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing orders by phone, through the web, and email. All CSR's are responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries received via email. A typical day in the life of a CSR includes but is not limited to answering questions on a wide range of products and topics in our field; troubleshooting live items; assisting with tracking; processing payments; and other order-related activities.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and may require overtime as well as the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. However, during the first few weeks of training, the number of hours worked may range between 30–40 hours per week. Starting pay for this position is listed on Fungi Perfecti’s website between $19.00- $25.70 per hour
