She has created restaurant copycat items in her own version such as McDonald’s Big Mac, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Chicken Sandwiches, and the Infamous Popeyes Chicken Sandwich that everybody is out here fighting over when they can just make it at home.





She also has 30 minute dinner ideas under just 10 INGREDIENT'S for people who are trying to watch their weight like myself.

THANKSGIVING FEAST IN 1 HOUR FULL RECIPE


Easy Roast Chicken


3-4 pound chicken

Few sprigs fresh rosemary

Few sprigs fresh thyme

4 tbs butter

4 tbs oil

Kosher salt

Fresh ground pepper

Chicken gravy

2 tbs chicken drippings, oil

2 tbs flour

2 cups chicken stock

Salt

Fresh ground pepper

Watch video for instruction

Greens without the huge stockpot

4 bunches of greens or a big bag from Walmart

Half package of bacon

Half an onion

3-4 cloves garlic

Tsp red chili flakes

2 cups chicken stock *add more depending on how much juice you want


Mac and cheese


1 box elbow macaroni

4 oz velvet or American cheese

4 oz Muenster

8 oz sharp cheddar

8 oz mozzarella

(These theses are optional, choose your favorite cheese)

2 cups milk or half and half * add until you get the consistency you see in the video

Tbs butter

Tbs paprika

Tbs garlic powder

Tbs onion powder

Stuffing

2 boxes stovetop chicken

8 tbs butter or whole stick of butter

Half of an onion

2 large stalks of celery

2 1/2 cups chicken broth ** add depending on how fluffy or wet you want


Mashed potatoes


6-8 large russet ** scale down depending on how much you want

Stick of butter melted

1 cup half and half

(Only add to desired consistency, if you want it to be creamier add more half and half)

1 tbs Garlic powder or fresh garlic minced

Salt

Pepper


Pumpkin pie ** Makes 1


1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree

2 Pre made pie crust

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup half and half

1/4 cup brown sugar ** make sure to taste along the way and add more brown sugar to make sweeter, add a little at a time until you’re happy

2 eggs

Tsp salt

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tsp vanilla extract

Cranberry Sauce

1 bag of cranberry

1/2 cup sugar ** add more or less depending on how sweet you want it

3/4 cup water



STEAK DINNER UNDER 10 INGREDIENTS FULL RECIPE


RIBEYE STEAK

Generous amount of salt and pepper


WHITE WINE VINAIGRETTE

Quarter of shallot or 2tbs minced shallet

1-2 Garlic cloves

1-2tbs Dijon mustard or regular yellow mustard

1/4 cup white wine vinegar or other

1/2 cup of a neutral oil (vegetable, canola, grape seed )

2 or 3 tbs honey

salt+pepper


SWEET POTATO MASH


3 large sweet potato

3 tbs butter

1/2 cup cup heavy cream warmed

substitute 1 cup half and half, milk or any non dairy milk

1 cup freshly grated smoked gouda (optional)

substitute you favorite cheese

salt+pepper


PAN SAUCE


3tbs minced shallot

3tbs minced garlic

1tbs oil 1 cup beef stock

1/2 cup wine 1 sprig of fresh thyme or fresh rosemary (substitute 1 tsp of dried thyme or rosemary)

2 tbs butter or 2 tbs heavy cream

Let the sauce reduce by half before adding cream or butter.
