Job Summary The Call Center Agent provides customer service support to external customers by answering calls, responding to inquiries via phone, e-mail and fax and routing communications to appropriate staff, when necessary. Candidates must be comfortable answering inbound phone calls for multiple hours per day. This position will listen to customer questions and inquiries and follow documented guidelines and/or processes for resolution. This position is 100% telework for applicants residing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Customer service skills sufficient to effectively communicate on the phone, by e-mail, mail and in person, when applicable. Communication skills sufficient to respond to questions from the public and answer phones, read correspondence, and write memos using appropriate professional language. Typing/keyboarding experience sufficient to accurately enter data. Preferred Qualifications Experience with various computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with Health Regulation services and types of facilities. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations. Ability to work independently in addition to working cooperatively and effectively as part of a team. Additional Requirements This position requires successful completion of a background check.
