CRM Inc is currently hiring REMOTE Call Center Agents to join their team long-term. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible to Answer inbound calls through a computer to serve callers by identifying their needs, collecting and clarifying information, entering applicable data, and selecting appropriate options and dispositions to ensure proper data handling. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, Perform other tasks and duties as required or assigned. Requirements for this position are as follows:

• Be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED

• Must Live in the following States: FL, IN, KY, MD, MI, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA

• 2 Years of work experience with in-person or phone-related customer service

• Clear English-speaking voice that delivers a positive tone and the ability to express empathy while promptly providing and collecting required information.

• Open schedule availability (including at least one weekend day and some holidays)

• Have a good attendance record with a current or previous employer

• Provide a dedicated noise-free home workspace

• Complete an online interview and assessment

This position starting pay is listed on CMR Inc’s website as $18-$23/HR with FULL BENEFITS!
