Community Crisis Services, Inc is currently hiring for 2 Part Time Remote positions. The first position is Chat/ Text Specialists. For both positions YOU MUST RESIDE IN DC, MD, and VA States! As a Chat/ Text Specialist you will Provide short-term crisis intervention counseling, assessment services, information, and referral to chatters/texters in a non-judgmental manner. Provides referrals and completes chat/text logs in approved software, and assists with training of new staff and volunteers as directed. For this position you would need to complete the Initial Crisis Intervention Training, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and the Assessing Suicide in Kids (ASK) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training within 6 months of employment. You Must also have good listening and communication skills, be non-judgmental, have self-initiative and work well as a team member. You must also have a High School Diploma or GED. This position pays $20/HR with benefits.

The second position Community Crisis Services, Inc is looking to currently fill is the Hotline Specialist position. As a Hotline Specialist you will provide short-term crisis intervention counseling, assessment services, information, and referral to callers in a non-judgmental manner. Provides referrals and completes all paperwork. For this position you will also need to complete the Initial Crisis Intervention Training, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and the Assessing Suicide in Kids (ASK) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training within 6 months of employment. You Must also have good listening and communication skills, be non-judgmental, have self-initiative and work well as a team member. You must also have a High School Diploma or GED. This position also pays $20/HR with benefits.
