Duke Energy is Currently hiring for Remote Customer Care Representatives to start July 10th, 2023. As a Remote Customer Care Representative you will be providing high quality customer service by handling incoming customer’s calls, Promote sales of available products and services, as appropriate, and Building genuine connections with customers, while being a great ambassador for the Duke Energy brand.

Basic qualifications for this position are as follows:

• High school diploma or GED completed at time of application submission.

• One-year customer service experience (may include call center, hospitality, retail, etc.), either by phone or face to face communications.

Training for this position starts July 10th, 2023. You are required to be at Duke Energy Call Center location but training will be 100% remotely after the first day. Training hours are Monday- Friday 7:30am- 7pm EST for 8 weeks. Please keep in mind attending training is mandatory for this position and there is no allowance for vacation time or absence during the training period.
