Maximus is Currently Hiring REMOTE Provider Relations Specialists $21.73- $27.82/HR

Maximus is currently looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to join their Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in a remote capacity. The Provider Relations Specialists assist in follow-up with delinquent reports submitted by providers and act as liaisons for the company when working with different medical providers. The Provider Relations Specialist works closely with Provider Development and Retention Team, Provider Relations Team, Veteran Liaisons, and Report Tracking Specialists; Assists in the follow-up of providers who have incomplete evaluations and delinquent reports; Assists in maintaining provider relations by developing a working rapport with existing Providers; facilitates the termination of providers who fail to exhibit an acceptable level of proficiency in both evaluations and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School diploma required; some college preferred; and

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the medical and health industry.

Home Office Requirements:

• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)

• Preferred Windows or Mac (no Chromebooks)

  • OS for Windows – Windows 10 or newer

  • OS for Mac – Big Sur (11.0.1+); Catalina (10.15); MacOS (up to 12.5) or newer

• Connectivity to the Internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 Ethernet patch cable to the home router

• USB plug-and-play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression

• Private work area and adequate power source

• A second monitor is highly recommended for most positions

This position is a Full Time position. Starting pay is listed on Maximus website between $21.73- $27.82/HR
