Mutual of Omaha is currently hiring Remote Customer Care Analyst. As a Customer Care Analyst, you’ll provide customer service via multiple communication channels to our customers. You will be the voice that customers turn to for clarity, support, and guidance. To be considered for this role you must have insurance knowledge and customer service experience in a call center environment. You MUST be able to work full-time hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST during training Hours after training are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST and Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST and pays $19/HR. Training begins 08/3/2023 !!
