You would also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on department processes and transfer knowledge to Dealer Support team members. For this position you are required to have at least 4 years Customer Service and or Contact Center experience, have the ability to work flexible hours including until 8 PM EST, Overtime, including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
