Zoetis Reference Laboratories is a new national veterinary clinical diagnostic laboratory network. As a Zoetis Reference Lab Customer Service Specialist (CSS)is to positively influence and delight customers in all interactions with the company. CSS must be able to jump into any customer interaction to quickly produce positive results. Impeccable customer service is top priority. The base rate pay for this position is $18.80-$28.90/HR. The website states that this base pay rate is the anticipated pay rate for the state of Colorado. It also states that California, NY, and Washington State base rate pay is between $20.60-$31.60/HR. Keep in mind they are hiring in SEVERAL States and each State will have its own base rate pay. Qualifications for this role are as follows:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. High school diploma required.

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service related field required

Experience in the veterinary field, including an understanding of veterinary diagnostic testing preferred

Flexible schedule and ability to respond to the demands of a national 7-day-a-week business required. Required availability includes nights and weekends. ZRL Customer Service is open 7:30AM – 11PM EST Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 11:00PM EST, Saturday 8:00AM – 10:00PM EST, Sunday 10:00AM – 8:00 PM EST

Possess a positive, outgoing, ‘Delight the Customer’ attitude in all interactions

Able to work both in a team environment and independently

Able to adapt and be flexible in various situations

Strong work ethic; willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality work

Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially over the telephone – both internally and externally

Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Effective problem solving and analytical skills

Strong leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications

Experience with SAP, SalesForce.com. and/or LIS preferred
