To all of you Customer Care Representatives who are looking for a Remote position, ROUND UP! I have another HOT Career lead with 10 Banks that are hiring now. Premier Valley Bank, Minnesota Bank & Trust, New Mexico Bank & Trust, Rocky Mountain Bank, Citywide Banks, FirstBank & Trust, Dubuque Bank & Trust, Arizona Bank & Trust, Illinois Bank & Trust, and Wisconsin Bank & Trust, are ALL hiring for Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative you will be interacting with both HTLF member employees and customers on a variety of needs through emails, chat, and telephone. With inquiries on checking, savings, online banking, certificates of deposits, debit cards, mobile banking, forms, applications, and order processing, in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED

2. Business related college courses preferred

3. 6-12 months of customer service experience.

4. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of electronic banking services especially, but not limited to, internet banking, bill payment, mobile banking, and ATM/debit card.

6. Have previous experience using social media, instant chat, e-mail, etc.

7. Demonstrated knowledge of current technologies such as: tablets, computers, smart phones, etc.

8. Knowledge of general banking practices preferred.

This position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 12:30p- 9p CST. Starting wage is $17/ hour. Compensation for this role may vary and is based on geographic location of the specific role as well as the skills and experiences of the selected candidates.
