As a Remote Scheduling Rep you will be responsible for the scheduling of new and follow up appointments requested by parents, patients and providers, verify PHI, and process referrals and parent messages for new and upcoming appointments. For this position you will need to Actively listen to patient/family needs and determine proper appointment solutions by using resources such as referrals and guidelines provided, Have critical and analytical thinking, Be flexible with job functions to support business needs, Have strong computer skill/competency, be able to successfully process all repetitive tasks qualifications, have a HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years' experience PC/Customer service experience/Data Entry/Call Center Experience/ and Medical Terminology. This position starts at $17.88/HR, is Full Time, M-F 9:30 AM- 6 PM and is entirely remote, but you MUST live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
