Circa Lighting is currently hiring for Remote Customer Service Specialists all across the United States. In this position you will be responsible for handling high call volume of inbound calls, chats, and emails/ Zendesk while processing quotes, orders, and returns. This position pays $20-$26.00 per hour based on experience, 40 hours per week, Monday- Thursday, and Saturdays. You are required to have 1-3 years in the Customer Service field, and be a High School Graduate. They do prefer that you are a 2 or 4 year College Graduate but this is NOT REQUIRED for this position so don't let that discourage you from applying! Customer Service Specialist

The primary point of contact for our customers, providing product/service information and problem resolution while meeting our standards of excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handles a high volume of inbound calls, chat and email/ZenDesk inquiries during scheduled shifts, as assigned

  • Accurately processes quotes, orders and returns

  • Follows through with customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Resolves routine customer issues independently, escalating queries and concerns to managers, as appropriate

  • Actively participates in training involving our products, systems and design

  • Exhibits professionalism with customers, team members and all levels of leadership

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ previous experience in customer service

  • High school graduate, 2 or 4-year college graduate preferred

  • Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating CRM and Order Management systems

  • Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry a plus

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities

  • Must demonstrate maturity in judgment, commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager

  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST

The pay range for this role is $20-26/hour based on experience.
