Premera Blue Cross is currently hiring for REMOTE Intake Coordinators. The Intake Coordinator is responsible to provide the initial outreach, engagement, and screening of members. In this position you will be answering calls and managing members, completing warm transfers to the phone queue, gathering and analyzing data, writing reports/presentations and presenting findings on a variety of projects that support Clinical Programs.

For this position you would need to the following:

• Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences or licensed in allied health field (incumbent located outside Washington State must obtain equivalent WA license within 10 days of accepting the position). (Required)

• 3 years' clinical experience or healthcare experience. (Required)

• Motivational interviewing experience is preferred.

• 5 years clinical experience with patients

• 3 years healthcare experience

• Preferred: Licensed as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Certified Counselor (CC)

• Prior Mental Health/Social Work experience

• Prior Medical/Surgical experience

• High Speed Cable, DSL or Fiberoptic Internet, no less than 20 mbps – Satellite and Wireless connections will not work with our equipment. (Required)

This position is a Full Time remote position with Full Benefits. The website states that This team requires 5 hours each week between 5pm – 7pm PST Monday - Friday or Saturday 9am – 2pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) to provide extended coverage to members. The starting pay for this position is listed on the Premera Blue Cross website at $48,500.00 - $72,700.00/Yr for minimum experience and maximum $54,800.00 - $82,200.00/Yr with this company.
