As a Customer Care Representative you will be responsible to both internal and external customer inquiries through a variety of mediums such as: e-mails, chat, telephone, etc. in a courteous and timely manner as outlined in the department’s established service levels.This position is Full Time, 40 hours per week 12:30 PM- 9 PM CST and is a U.S Remote based position. The targeted Salary for this role is $17/HR with an opportunity to be offered incentive compensation, and benefits. Hourly compensation may vary and is based on geographic location of the specific role as well as the skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
