S&P Global (Accuris) is currently looking for Remote Customer Success Managers in MULTIPLE STATES! As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for solution adoption success through the management of joint success plans and strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Internal coordination of the new customer on boarding program, Orchestrating overall relationship with assigned customers, ensuring retention and happiness, work with clients to build Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals to aid the customer in realizing value with Accuris solutions, and Coordinate/deliver customer training to educate and impact user workflows. To be considered for this position you must have 5+ years of experience within customer success or customer care at a B2B ( Business to Business) environment working with a global customer base; engineering / technical expertise is considered a plus, have experience in building long-term strategic relationships, and be a strong teammate, but still a self-starter. Accuris states on their websites that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan, and this role is eligible to receive additional Accuris benefits as well!
