Seattle Credit Union is currently looking for Contact Center Representative in the Seattle, WA area. This position is FULLY REMOTE, and YOU WILL BE PROVIDED with ALL the required equipment for your role. As a Contact Center Representative, you will provide effective and efficient service to members in all operations over the telephone while following the Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines. To be considered for this position you will need to have Education or job knowledge equivalent to High School education. They prefer that you have Comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal regulations such as Reg. B, Reg. E, Reg. D, Reg. CC, Reg Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act, as well as a minimum of one year’s experience in a credit union or other financial institution preferred, but this is not required to be considered for this position so please keep that in mind.
