Skoog & Co is currently hiring REMOTE Contact Center Support Representatives for their family Centrav, Inc. As a Remote Contact Center Support Representative, you will be responsible for duties such as:

• Booking, changing & re-protecting airline reservations via the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Worldspan & Amadeus, as well as Centrav’s proprietary booking system

• Knowledge of domestic and international airline/airport codes, routings, and fare rules

• Strengthen new & existing customer relations

• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to increase overall customer satisfaction and/or operations efficiencies

• Interact professionally with a wide variety of people assisting in travel plans across the globe

• Educate Travel Advisor clients on industry practices and skills to set them up for success

• Collaborate with a team on creative solutions for changes in the airline industry

• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• Demonstrable GDS experience (Amadeus and/or Worldspan) using native commands/formats to book and/or modify air reservations is required, with 2 years of experience preferred

• Experience in the airline/travel industry

• Customer service experience

• Advanced study beyond a high school diploma

• Strong computer, math, and communication skills. Must type a minimum of 30 WPM

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Located in the United States

This position is a FULL-TIME Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00p CST, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST. Option to work four 10-hour weekdays after training., FULLY REMOTE, Starting Pay is listed on Skoog & Co’s website as between $19-24/hour based on experience, PLUS BENEFITS:
