U.S Bank National Association is Currently hiring for July start dates for their open Remote Customer Experience Specialist positions. For this position you will answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and concerns related to their U.S. Bank accounts, Process and respond to U.S. Bank customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems to provide information on accounts while answering every call with professionalism and accuracy, and Properly diagnose customer needs and proactively educate them about the features and benefits of U.S. Bank products and services. The basic qualifications for this position is that you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and you must have a minimum of 18 months of customer service- related experience. This position is Full Time, Monday- Friday 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM CST with a starting pay between $20- $22/HR and FULL BENEFITS!
