This open Warranty Administrator position is remote friendly with most tasks done telecommuting. On the company website it states that this position MAY require Some onsite duties & travel based on the business needs so, the position is ONLY open for residents in North Carolina. The Warranty Administrator, is responsible for overseeing training, mentoring, claim quality, claim escalations, daily workload, and receivable aging. In addition, you are responsible to ensure the team is working effectively and reporting issues to the management team to resolve. You will also work collaboratively with other team leads and management for daily goals and process improvement plans.

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position include the following:

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient

• Familiarity with OWL Warranty processes a plus

• Prior experience with the Enrich operating system a plus

• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative capacity required

This position is Full Time with a starting pay listed between $23- $28/HR with FULL BENEFITS!
